The Gardens re-open on March 4th 2010.
Thank you to everyone who supported us in 2009. The flower display was the best ever and it
looks like 2010 will be even better. There have been so many changes.
In 2010 we will only be open in
March, April, May and June.
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays.
Plant Sales are now by appointment only until 4th March 2010,

Dunge Valley Rhododendron Gardens and Hardy
Plant Nursery feature an outstanding collection of Rhododendrons,
Azaleas, Acers,
and Magnolias as well as a wide variety of unusual
Perennials, Trees and Shrubs.

Rhododendron 'Orange Flirt'
Nestling in the rolling Pennine hills, the eight acres of woodland gardens, streams and waterfalls, flora and
fauna create a stunning, ever-changing kaleidoscope of colourful vistas
throughout the Spring into Summer.

Rhododendron 'Hotei'
Also, take a look at the online catalogue for our Hardy Plant Nursery,
which sells a variety of plants including, in particular, many Rhododendrons and Azaleas.
Garden visitors can also enjoy the Dunge Valley Tea Room, which offers a
selection of homemade soup, sandwiches, cakes and other refreshments.
